Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and eien innovations tech E.A.S. ("we" or "us") for using Focofly. We have written them to be short and clear. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. What Focofly is

Focofly is an app for organizing your day, goals and habits. It includes Ada, an artificial intelligence–powered assistant that helps you plan, organize what you capture and replan when things do not go as expected.

2. Ada is not a professional

Ada is an organization assistant. It does not provide professional medical, nutritional, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.

• If you tell Ada about your diet, exercise, rest, mood or finances, it will help you organize those intentions, but its suggestions do not replace a health or financial professional.
• Before starting a diet, training plan or any change that may affect your health, consult a professional.
• Ada may make mistakes, misunderstand you or suggest something that is not right for you. Review its suggestions before approving them. You decide what to do with your time and your body.
• If you are experiencing a crisis or thinking about harming yourself, do not use Focofly for help: contact your country’s emergency services or a crisis hotline. [TO COMPLETE/REVIEW: add Paraguay helplines and an international resource]

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Focofly. [LEGAL REVIEW: align with section 10 of the Privacy Policy; age 16 is recommended]
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information you add.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → delete account).

4. Your content belongs to you

Everything you write in Focofly—goals, tasks, habits, notes and conversations—belongs to you.

You give us permission to store, process and send it to our providers only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Focofly to:

• do anything illegal;
• try to access another person’s account or data;
• interfere with or overload the service;
• try to make Ada generate content that violates Anthropic’s Usage Policy;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where permitted by law.

If you do not follow these terms, we may suspend or close your account. We will notify you unless the law prevents us from doing so.

6. The service

• Focofly is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• we are not responsible for decisions you make based on Ada’s suggestions;
• we are not responsible for indirect damages or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. App stores

• If you downloaded Focofly from the App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. • If you downloaded it from Google Play: Google Play’s terms also apply.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Focofly after that means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you can delete your account.

10. Governing law
