Frequently asked questions

What is Ada? Ada is Focofly’s assistant. It helps build your daily plan, organize what you capture and replan when things change. It uses artificial intelligence from Anthropic. Learn which information it uses in the Privacy Policy.

Does Ada change my plan without telling me? When Ada suggests replanning your day or a goal, only the changes you approve are applied. It does automatically organize what you add through quick capture—assigning an area, priority or date—and you can change that at any time.

Can Ada give health or nutrition advice? Ada helps you organize those intentions, but it is not a professional and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or psychologist. Read more in the Terms of Use.

Do you record my voice when I dictate? No. Your phone’s speech recognition transcribes your voice—Apple’s on iPhone or the system service on Android—and may process the audio on its servers. We only receive the text, and only after you confirm it.

How do I turn off notifications? Use your phone’s notification settings:

  • iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Focofly.
  • Android: Settings → Apps → Focofly → Notifications.

Do you sell my data or show me ads? No. We do not sell data, show ads or use tracking tools.

How to delete your account

  1. Open Focofly and go to the Today screen.
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap delete account.
  4. Confirm twice.

Your account and all your content will be deleted. [CONDITIONAL ON BLOCKER #4] This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, email hola@eientech.io from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
